Do I need any experience?
No. Every project comes with clear instructions. If you can do the task in everyday life, you can film it for Vimo.
What equipment do I need?
Any iPhone 8 or newer, or an Android phone that records at 1080p and 30 fps or better. Some projects ask for a head mount: an adjustable headband with a phone clamp, worn at forehead height. Chest mounts aren’t accepted.
How much can I earn?
Most projects pay between $5 and $20 for every approved hour of footage. Each project shows its rate before you sign on. Earnings depend on the tasks you complete and are not a guaranteed wage.
When and how do I get paid?
Reviewers check your footage within a week. Once your approved balance reaches the payout minimum, you can cash out, for example to your local bank, and the money reaches you within 5 days. Payout options depend on where you live.
Will my face be on camera?
No. You film from your own point of view, so the footage shows your hands and workspace. Avoid filming other people’s faces too.
